Description : We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Business Developer. The Sales Business developer will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls and participating in meetings and managing existing clients. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required. To be successful as a Business Developer, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Business Developers are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
Salary : 1.2 to 3Lacs
Working Days : Monday to Friday (Saturday off based on task completion).
